WHY FOOD?

Our founder, Tim Hart is such a passionate foodie that he made a career out of it. Tim, a former journalist, moved from the newsroom to the kitchen, studying baking & pastry at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and running his own  catering company.

Later, he moved into food-related public relations, assisting with recipe testing and development, food styling and food-writing for clients ranging from commodity boards to manufacturers of branded ingredient products. 

As a working pastry and catering chef, Tim worked in some of San Francisco's busiest and best-known kitchens, including the Park Hyatt San Francisco, Betty Zlatchin Catering, Taste Catering, Now We're Cooking and Bizou.
